With Primoco / MoneyControl Web you do not enter into an automatically renewing subscription. You purchase individual time packages (e.g. monthly packages) that end automatically at the end of the paid period, at no further cost. There is no automatic renewal.

An active cancellation is therefore not necessary: your membership simply expires at the end of the paid period. You don't need to do anything.

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, please manage and cancel it directly in your App Store or Google account settings – these subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us.
